Noah graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in construction management.
Throughout college, Noah worked on several ranches in the local area, completing projects for land owners. He spent his summers in Big Timber, Montana, running a crew of laborers for the 4C Ranch.
Born from the west, Raines Development has mastered the art of estate and ranch management – managing several ranches in Montana and Texas.
